White Flour — Wheat Flour, buckwheat flour, almond flour
White Rice — Brown Rice, Quinoa, Barley
Beef or Pork — Chicken (white meat, if possible), fish (salmon, smoked salmon)
White Sugar — Raw Sugar or honey, Maple Syrup
Cow’s Milk — Rice Milk (great for baking), Coconut milk, Almond Milk
Pork Bacon – Turkey Bacon from Trader Joes (w/o Sodium Nitrate)
Ham (lunch meat) — Chicken or turkey
White eggs — brown eggs or egg whites
Regular granulate salt — Sea Salt, Himalayan Salt
White Bread – Wheat bread or wheat sourdough, homemade bread, sprouted wheat
American cheese – Creamy Havarti, Mozzarella, cheddar, Goat, Feta
White noodles — Wheat noodles or vegetable noodles
Hotdogs – Chicken Sausages from Costco or Trader Joes
